User Stories (regular) SDLC (regular) Business Analysis (advanced) Requirements Analysis Analyst should be able to generate drafts of new requirements without extended oversight and with marginal interaction with the technical team.  Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions. Analyst should be able to create detailed technical requirements of software requirement, user stories/epics, and use case formats with a rapid turn around and short term lead up time.  Experience Familiarity with high-performance multi-tenant transaction processing systems is desired.  Experience in writing business requirements and functional specifications associated with formalized SDLC.  Strong multi-tasking skills for multiple projects concurrently.  Must be familiar with packaged application software and MS Office suite and MS Visio  Daily Activities Work with business and technology team members to ensure seamless integration of business functionality and requirements throughout the SDLC across product releases.  Lead groups in analyzing, designing, and implementing business requirements.  Provide rapid turnaround of new requirements artifacts.  Staying up to date on the latest process and IT advancements to automate and modernize systems. Conduct meetings and produce presentations to share ideas and findings, effectively communicating your insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management. Gather critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and producing useful reports. Documenting and communicating the results of your efforts. Working closely with clients, technicians, and managerial staff. Performing user acceptance testing.
